During one this one-hour spring walk, which will be in the lower Main Garden, we will enjoy the Garden’s re-emergence from winter, marked by the burst of leaf and flower buds and possibly fully opened spring flowers. We will evoke the spirit of Flora, the Roman Goddess symbolising fertility and blossoming.Meet at the Founders’ Entrance, Glenmore Street.
Cost: $5 (cash only, please). or free for Friends.
This is part of the regular walks run by the Friends of the Wellington Botanic Garden, they run twice monthly throughout the year with a different topic every time.
