This mission is a one woman show. As an artist, community coordinator, business owner and single mother this is a DAUNTING task and truly a passion project. I currently have no consistent outside funding which means Made Space is completely carried by my own funds, time, and effort. I cannot remain sustainable without community support through things like this fundraiser, merch and event sales, and donations. Made Space is an event and maker space and community resource made affordable or free through your support.

In this space we MAKE time, space, art, and connections.

This is a place of being Intentional in being creative, in taking time for self-care and self-discipline, in creating space to share and showcase others, in spreading knowledge, in creating opportunities, and building community. We do this through classes, community events, small business pop ups, and open studio/co-working hours. While this will always be a space for everyone to enjoy, there will still be a priority in highlighting Black Creatives and Entrepreneurs.
