Join us for an invigorating and dynamic fitness event! Get ready to sweat, stretch, and socialize at Spring Fitness Bash featuring Fort Lauderdale's Finest. The event with take place on March 16, 2025 at Esplanade Park at 9:30AM.
Three of Fort Lauderdale's finest in fitness & wellness: instructors Vanessa Mota (aka Yogithot), Mike Cohen and Tim Parker have come together to create a unique and memorable outdoor workout experience. These three are MAJOR pillars in the local community -- many of you train (or have trained) with at least 1, 2, or all 3 of these goliaths already!
Each trainer has their own very unique offerings but they have also come to recognize how much their specialities complement one another's -- all by seeing the growth within their shared clients! These shared clients have allowed them to witness how their specialities, when utilized collectively, can create stronger mindsets, balanced physiques & overall well-being.
With this in mind, they've joined forces in creating a one of a kind fitness experience & the ULTIMATE workout.
Participants will cycle through dynamic stations, each lasting about 15 minutes:
- Full Body Performance
- Full Body Strength
- Pilates Conditioning
This event is open to ALL fitness levels!
