Our annual Spring Field Clean up Day is Saturday, April 5, 2025 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. (RAIN DATE: Saturday, April 12, 2025)We'll coordinate field locations based on the division that your child(ren) is registered for the 2025 Spring season.
If you have children in multiple divisions, feel free to pick one of the locations below. All help is greatly appreciated and a perfect way for the players to get together and be part of another amazing season.
Please see below for general tasks, Field assignments and list of tools you could bring.
General Tasks:
Infields raked and weeded (infields and warning tracks)
Litter picked up
Batting cages nets put up (Marsh, Central Tree, Naquag and Memorial)
Fields Assignments:
Softball Families – Central Tree Middle School Softball Field
T-Ball Families – Memorial Softball Field (closest to the town pool and playground)
If we have enough volunteers, we may direct some to do a quick sweep by Glenwood Community Center.
AA Baseball – Naquag small Baseball field
AAA Baseball – Memorial Baseball Field
LL Baseball – Marsh Field
Intermediate & Sr. League – Naquag large baseball field
Tools & Equipment: We will have some tools at each field, but bringing you own can help speed up the process.
Please feel free to bring any tools and equipment to help with general lawn and field cleanup:
Rakes (leaf and metal)
Gloves
Leaf Blowers
Wheelbarrows
Hand rakes
W**d Trimmers
