What can I expect during an IV drip?
The experience will commence with calming background music while we are setting up the IV. To help you relax even deeper you will be given the choice to wear a satin eye mask, during your time on the IV drip you will be taken on a journey of immersive and relaxing sound meditation, you may even fall asleep, which is completely ok. Whether you stay awake or fall asleep your mind and body will be left feeling invigorated.
What are the benefits?
An IV drip is a high dose nutrient formulation that enters the body directly via the bloodstream. Because the nutrients are delivered directly to the bloodstream they are fast acting and long lasting.
Registration is required and will be cut off 72hrs prior to each event to ensure enough time to connect with each participant.
These events are open to all. Participants much complete a medical review prior to the event. 608 Hydrates team will answer your specific questions when they connect with you for your medical review.
Tips for attending a Sound Bath
* Arrive early: Arrive 15 minutes early so you are ready at the start time. Give yourself time to settle in, find a comfortable spot, and meet the host if you want. You can also try practicing mindfulness before the session begins by closing your eyes, focusing on your breath, and relaxing.
* Dress comfortably: Wear loose, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely and sit or lie down comfortably. You can also bring layers in case your body temperature changes during the session.
* Prepare beforehand: Avoid heavy foods before the session.
* Engage with the sounds: Focus on the layers and textures of the sound waves and pay attention to how they make you feel. Allow your body to release anything you might be holding in your body with each sound wave. Body twitches, coughs and tears are common.
* Equipment: The venue is fully accessible. Please bring a mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort. If you wish to sit on a chair, please bring one with you. Either option is fine and is up to you and your comfort level. Some people like to wear an eye mask. You may want to bring a journal for writing in after. Hydration is important, so many will bring a bottle of water.
* Scents: Please join us without strong scents to ensure everyone’s comfort.
* Cell Phones Off: Fully switch off cell phones and store them in for an uninterrupted experience.
* Respect the Instruments & Crystals: Please admire our sound bath instruments and crystals from a distance, but do not touch them.
* Embrace Silence: Please do not talk during the sound bath. Save conversations for after the session.
A Vibrational Sound Healing will help you find deep inner peace and relaxation and is a natural way to help your mind and body recover from the stresses of everyday life as well as the stresses your body feels from working out!
During the experience, you will be taken on a meditative journey that will help you relax and recover in a way that other meditations might not. The sounds of the bowls, chimes, drums and other instruments will soothe you and bring you deep inner peace.

Vibrational Sound Healing is a safe and natural way to help you release tension and stress from the body and mind. Most people find it incredibly relaxing and have only positive effects. Some people do experience shaking, heat or some discomfort as emotions release from the body. If you do feel any discomfort I encourage you to move your body, quietly walk away, or drink some water to help it move through.
If you have an implanted medical device, such as a pacemaker or diabetes pump, you will responsible for letting Laurie know before enjoying this experience.
