Spring Fest: Holi & Vaisakhi 2025 – Waiver and Release Agreement
By purchasing a ticket to Spring Fest: Holi & Vaisakhi 2025, scheduled for April 12, 2025, at Bowness Park, Calgary, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Photo and Video Release Consent
By attending this event, I grant permission to the organizers of Spring Fest: Holi & Vaisakhi 2025, their representatives, affiliates, and partners to capture photographs and video recordings of me during the event.
I understand that these photos and videos may be used for purposes such as:
Event promotions (social media, websites, flyers, etc.).
Media coverage (news outlets and community features).
Archival purposes (for future event planning or historical documentation).
I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation or royalties for the use of these materials and waive any rights to inspect or approve the final product or its specific use.
Liability Waiver
I acknowledge that participation in Spring Fest: Holi & Vaisakhi 2025 is voluntary and at my own risk. I agree to release the event organizers, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliated organizations from any liability for injury, loss, or damage to person or property arising from my participation in the event, including but not limited to activities involving dancing, playing with colors, or any other cultural festivities.
I assume full responsibility for my actions and participation, and if I am purchasing tickets on behalf of others, I confirm that they also agree to these terms.
