Spring Exhibition

For our upcoming exhibition spanning from the 1st of April to the 30th of May we will be celebrating the spirit of spring, bringing to you an uplifting range of fresh artworks by 15 international artists.

The gallery will be teeming with a mixture of exciting new artist’s will present original paintings and sculptures that marks their debut here at Signet. Combined with those long represented by us, this next show will involve esteemed works by Emma Tweedie, Gary Morrow, Annie Waring, Sonia Bukhgalter, Kelly-Anne Cairns, Neil Welch, Ian Robinson, Rebecca Ritchie, Nicola Godden, Julie Whitehead, Ian Hargreaves, Morag Lloyd, Henny Steinberg, Heidi Von Faber, and Denis Ribas.

This year’s seasonal exhibition will behold contemporary outlooks invested into modern pieces that buzz with the rejuvenating vitality of this transitional period. Explore bold new still lifes by Dutch painter Heidi von Faber, who has studied traditional techniques to become a master of her own, producing another glamourous set of beguiling arrangements that are shrouded in darkness; the subjects shine with realistic textural impressions. Or browse the abstract landscapes of Irish-born Emma Tweedie who combines mixed-media layers and textures that are illuminated with the rich culture and mythologies of her homeland, becoming enchanting expressions that are an odyssey of emotion. This exceptional line up includes Julie Whitehead’s floral portraits in colour schemes of crimson, periwinkle and sun-kissed orange hues, that effuse an idyllic sense of cheerfulness, gratitude and kindness
