**SELL YOUR GEAR AT THE BEST OUTDOOR GEAR SALE IN IDAHO** while supporting the Idaho Whitewater Association!
**Items for Sale:**
New and gently used boat and cataraft packages, accessories, climbing gear, oars, backpacks, bikes, dry boxes, coolers, sandals, bikes, camping gear, PFDs, dry suits, kayaks, paddles, SUPs, frames ... and much more!
Support the Idaho Whitewater Association by spreading the word about the sale. Admission is FREE! It's a great time, and you'll likely find fantastic deals. Games will be held approximately hourly for free SWAG donated by our generous vendors!
Let's gear up for another fantastic year of whitewater! The Spring Equipment Expo is Idaho's largest new and used outdoor gear sale! Kayaking legend Rob Lesser started the original whitewater gear sale years ago. Over a thousand of your boating friends gather at this sale each year—don't miss it at Expo Idaho in Garden City.
**On-site gear check-in starts on Friday at 3 PM,** so you can check in your items early and avoid the rush.
This sale is run by the Idaho Whitewater Association membership and board member volunteers and vendor support run this sale. Please note that 20% of sales will be donated to support river safety, access, and legal representation for Idaho rivers.

**SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:**
**Friday, April 25**
- On-site Registration and Check-in: 3 PM to 9 PM (Registration ends at 9 PM)
**Saturday, April 26**
- Check-in (for online registered items only): 8 AM to 9 AM
- Sale Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM
- Sellers must retrieve all unsold items by 7 PM. All unclaimed items will be considered donations to IWA.
The IWA will mail settlement checks (minus 20% donation) within 3 weeks.

**Seller Instructions & Helpful Information:**
To facilitate the buying and selling of outdoor gear, please follow these guidelines:
- Online registration begins on March 31. Check back for the link.
- After registering and listing your items, PRINT YOUR TAGS AND TWO COPIES OF YOUR INVENTORY SHEET.
- Securely attach tags to your items—do not staple or place tape over the barcode.
- If you cannot securely attach your tags, please bring them; volunteers will assist you.
- PRINT YOUR TAGS AND TWO COPIES OF YOUR INVENTORY REPORT AND BRING THEM WITH YOU TO CHECK-IN.
- No item will be allowed to leave the sale area without a receipt.
- If your item did not sell, bring it to the sales table with a copy of your seller's report, and a volunteer will escort you and your unsold items out.
- If your item(s) sell, you will receive a check (minus the 20% donation) from us in approximately three weeks.
You are responsible for checking whether your items have sold. All unsold items must be collected by 7 PM, or they will be considered a donation and become the property of IWA.
