In Traditional Chinese Medicine, spring is the season of the Liver, a time of movement, renewal, and gentle upward energy. After the inward, restorative months of winter, the body begins to shift toward growth and circulation. This is a powerful window to support detoxification, ease stagnation, and prepare the immune system for the months ahead. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll create a seasonal wellness tonic using time-honored herbs traditionally used to support Liver function, digestion, circulation, and resilience during spring. This tonic is especially helpful for those who experience seasonal allergies, sluggish digestion, headaches, or that “stuck” feeling that often shows up as winter fades. We’ll discuss how spring tonics work in the body and explore the benefits of different infusion methods. Participants will have the option to prepare their tonic using either organic vinegar or alcohol as a base, depending on personal preference and wellness goals. You’ll leave with a handcrafted tonic to support you through the spring season.764 East Main Street
