The Spring Equinox is a time to celebrate the sunlight, plant your seeds and a time of awakening. For me it is a great time to plant our seeds of intention, get creative and make a vision board as a tool to bring your dreams into reality. We will start the day with a meditation and your blank canvas, visualising all your dreams manifesting over the next 9 to 12 months. This is a time to get creative, to share your dreams and dedicate a few hours to your own wellbeing. Vision boards can be very therapeutic and can bring about change of attitude and enlightenment, it is as if something just clicks and your dreams start to become a reality. When your vision board is complete, we will end the day with another meditation, bringing all the positive energies of the group to the boards for you to bring home with you. Is there something you want to manifest? Is it time to create a new vision? The vision board workshops have always been one of my favourites because so many have made their dreams come true, from relationships to babies, cars and houses, holidays and new careers. It is all achievable when you take the time to prepare and set your intentions.All materials will be provided and if there is something specific you want to manifest, watch out for an image that speaks to you. Light refreshments are provided during the day.
