Join us to celebrate the official arrival of spring, when the day and night are equal in length. We will gather in Queen Elizabeth Gardens and enjoy hot drinks and homemade biscuits and cake together before setting off along the Town Path to watch the sun set over Harnham Water Meadows (possibly through cloud but we'll know it's there!). We'll mindfully take notice of the changes that happen in nature quietly and often quickly at this time of year - things like leaves and flowers emerging, an increase in insect activity and the return of birdsong. We may spot a Grey Heron or Little Egret in the ditches on the meadows. If it's a warm evening, we may even see a bat. Who knows what other wildlife we will see?

Do we go ahead in the rain?
We believe in getting out whatever the weather! Please assume the session is going ahead unless you hear otherwise by email the day before. We may postpone if the weather forecast is really wet/stormy, but will go ahead in most weathers e.g. light rain, showers. Always check the weather forecast and dress for the weather.
