Experience an evening of blissful beach yoga & a relaxing sound healing on Thursday, March 20th on the Spring Equinox. The Spring equinox is a time of transition. The light is returning from the dark days of winter, and we honor and celebrate this time of rebirth and reawakening.

During this ceremony, we combine yoga to bring the body and mind to present moment awareness and a sound healing to revitalize the body and calm the mind.
This is beginner-friendly - all are welcome!!
