This is a time to seek equilibrium within & without…just as the earth is in perfect harmony. Day & night, yin & yang are perfectly balanced during the equinox and we are called to embrace, harness & reflect this energy as our own. This moment in time is an initiation, a beginning and activation….
~We will be tapping into the equinox energy through guided breathwork and guided visuals, resetting and regulating our systems through the power of breath, sound, smoke.
As a way to honor & harness the energy of the Equinox, we will be incorporating all 4 elements into the space 🌍🌊🔥🌬️
Everyone in attendance will be receiving a special gift to honor the elements and the year ahead.
