Certified sound healer Wendy Contic will then guide us through a calming breathwork and meditation before we sink into a relaxing Nidra and are soothed by the sounds of Quartz Crystal and Himalayan singing bowls. Bask in the sounds of the ocean drum, koshi chimes, and native American flute as you land in a place of pure bliss.
