A sound bath is an immersive refreshing experience that can help you de-stress, be at ease, and balance your body, mind, and energy.Bring yourself as you are, and whatever you may like to make you feel comfortable and cozy: eye mask, pillow, extra blankets, etc. There are extra yoga mats and blankets in the space for you to use if you need.
