Together, we'll embrace the beauty of nature's awakening and the beauty within ourselves. Relax, connect, and renew with guided meditation, movement, gentle reiki energy, soothing sound vibration, sisterhood sharing, and ritual.

All of you is welcome here and will be embraced - the messy parts, the emotional parts, the wounded parts. Come as you are and with your whole heart. You will be held in a container of love in the company of your fellow sisters.

- a journal/notebook/paper and a couple of pens
- a water bottle with your favorite non-alcoholic beverage
- crystals, stones, pictures of loved ones who have crossed over with whom you'd like to connect, or any other objects of personal value to place on the altar, if you feel called
- your open and radiant heart
ATTIRE
You may wear anything you like and are encouraged to wear something that is comfortable to move in and also makes you feel beautiful and feminine so that you can more easily channel the radiant goddess that you are.
