About this Event

As we transition from the short days of winter to the lengthening days of spring join us for a wonderfully relaxing full day retreat.

Beginning with a guided meditation and intention setting, we will spend the day in crafting, drumming, reflection and looking ahead to the new season before us.

No artistic or drumming experience is necessary, and all materials and instruments will be provided.

The day will be a relaxed format and you are welcome to join in with the activities as much, or as little, as you choose. Refreshements will be on tap all day, and a buffet style lunch, and afternoon cakes will keep us going through the day!

This venue is accessible, no step entry and accessible toilets.
