As day and night are reaching their equal point of balance and spring is finally ready for its full birth, you are invited to open up for the fine-tuning of your inner harmony.
In this 90-minute session, Jósa will guide with a little warm up before inviting you in for a deep rejuvenation with long-held restorative postures.
As you nestle in with your comfy setup with bolsters, blankets and supportive props, you will be immersed in the healing light of Reiki energy. Through the resonant sounds of crystal bowls, rattles, drums, and gongs, the vibrations will penetrate deeply into the cells of your body and mind, supporting renewal from within.

Jósa Goodlife is a dedicated facilitator of Energy Healing Yoga and Sound and has been a part of BR family since 2021.

These immersive experiences weave the energies of earth, air, fire, water and ether, guiding participants into profound relaxation and renewal. With her heartfelt approach and deep connection to her instruments, Jósa invites participants to explore their inner landscapes, cultivating presence, serenity, and a renewed sense of purpose in the world.
