Celebrate the Spring Equinox by releasing what no longer serves you and embracing renewal. Join Samer Ghadry, expert sound healer, and Kendra Brody for a transformative evening of restorative yoga and immersive sound healing designed to help you let go, relax deeply, and welcome new energy.

What to Expect:

• Restorative Yoga: Engage in gentle yoga poses and mindful breathing techniques that release tension, calm the mind, and connect you with the rejuvenating energy of the Spring Equinox.
• Sound Bath: Immerse yourself in soothing sound frequencies and harmonic vibrations as Samer leads a meditative journey to deepen relaxation and inner peace.
• Comfort & Convenience: Mats and props are provided. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.

Please Note:

• Arrival:
  Please arrive 15 minutes before the start time. The studio doors will lock 5 minutes after the event begins. Guests arriving after the doors are locked will be considered no-shows. Please read our and policies.
• Attire:
  Wear comfortable clothing suitable for yoga. The studio provides mats and props for your use during the workshop.
• Electronics:
  We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing cellular devices into the studio during the workshop. Ask for consent from the workshop practitioner or SPARŚA staff member before taking any photos of the studio, practitioner or event.
• Ticket Policy:
  Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable to other events. If you need to sell or transfer your ticket to another guest, please notify us at least 24 hours before the event.
• Health Notice:
  If you are experiencing COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms, or have had a fever within the last 24 hours, please do not attend the event. Coughing, sneezing and unwell guests make other guest uncomfortable - please consider your symptoms before attending the workshop.
