The Spring Equinox is a time of renewal, rejuvenation, and rebirth as we make the transition from the darkness of winter to the light of spring. During this time of balance and symmetry of the Earth's orbit around the sun, day and night hang in equality. This time will move into one of renewal, fertility, and rebirth. Lauren will lead you through a calm and relaxing Restorative Yoga class and guided meditation to help you declutter your mind, regain inner balance, prepare for the coming season of growth, and shake off those winter blues to move forward with clarity and intention. She will help you to embrace renewal and growth, welcome the return of warmth and rebirth, and connect with the season and cycles of nature. Use this beautiful practice to sow seeds and plant intentions for the season ahead.
This practice is open to all levels, especially beginners. Wear whatever you are your most comfortable in. Props will be provided. Feel free to bring your own mat, but we do have some you can borrow. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the event start time to get checked in and settled.
