Ready to melt tension and release stress? 🙌Join us as we transition into spring and embrace the growing light. This class offers time and space to settle and ground with a warming and restorative yoga practice guided by Adam Schifferli, with assistance from Ilana Beigel.
During the restorative postures Adam and Ilana will offer reiki to participants in the manner that most resonates for them (hands on or hand above). Reiki is an ancient energy practice that offers deep restoration for the whole body and being. The combination of the breathing, warming postures, and reiki infused restorative poses helps bring homeostasis and balance. No experience necessary, all level of practitioners are welcome.
Please bring a water bottle for hydrating after practice!
