Spring time is here! This is a great time to look back at your New Year resolutions and evaluate where you're at. During this saucy cooking experience, we'll be focusing on sauces that'll make your meals and salads BLOSSOM!
This is a great opportunity to learn new recipes, cooking tips, and tricks to make your veggie meals more exciting and delicious. Coach Alyssa Nicole will guide you through the process of creating mouth-watering dishes that even the pickiest eaters will love.
Here's what to expect:
- Prepare and eat 5 different plant-based recipes
- This demonstration is very hands-on so yes, you will be cooking
- There will be enough for you to eat and possibly even some to take home
- A chance to bond with your friends or create new friendships
- We will be working in groups
