As the days grow longer, let's welcome renewal, fresh possibilities, and the awakening energy of spring through gentle movement and a deeply immersive sound bath.
Co-hosted by Melissa Scanlon & Nicole Ouwenga-Scott, this donation-based event invites you to slow down, connect, and set intentions for the season ahead.
