Touching all your senses and focusing on nourishing ourselves with not just food but sound, sights and community. So many times we are ‘comfortably numb’ in life, we must remain flexible not just physically but also in our minds, in life. The old saying “Use it or Lose it” is very true.
Bringing Breath work and Dance Yoga is the lovely Cristina Braun-Jones and bringing the Sound Bowl experience is the wonderful Terri Kowalski. Nutritional insight with be shared by Katherine Bates of Nutrition Reset.
Parking will be near playground, past Florida Children's Museum and meet at the Pagoda Pavilion (see map in Discussion area). Please allow a few extra minutes to find parking area and walk to the pagoda pavilion. We only have an hour and sun waits for no one.
