Designed to connect you to your internal source of light and strengthen your connection to the Divine, this immersive day retreat will help you feel refreshed and rejuvenated as we transition into a season of rebirth and renewal.
Prepare for the seeds you planted to fully bloom in the season ahead with a day of tending to your inner world.
The retreat will feature community connection, intention setting, group hypnotherapy, a crowning ceremony, intuitive movement, and a healing sound bath.

Community Connection + Intention Setting
Group Hypnotherapy: Led by retreat leader Carolyn Pare, this hypnotherapy session will help you connect with and nurture your Divine self.
Lunch
Create Your Crown: You'll be guided to create a crown that represents your Divine essence, magic, and power.
Shake Your Soul Movement Class: Led by Lisa Medley, this is an opportunity to connect with your inner light and Divine self through intuitive movement.
Crowning Ceremony: An opportunity to step into your Divine Sovereignty as you are crowned with the crown you designed.
Healing Sound Bath: Intuitive sound bath will help to integrate everything you've received throughout the day.
Closing Ceremony
Create a solid foundation of self to prepare for a season of renewal and growth.
