Emrys and Julie your hosts, warmly invite you to join them for a Spring Equinox Retreat Day at West Lexham, Norfolk. A day of calm just for you, as we cross another threshold of the year also known as Ostara the Earth begins to awaken, daylight and darkness are equal length on this day. Celebrate and treat yourself with time to relax and reset in the nature inspired setting of West Lexham. Weather dependent swimming in the lake at lunchtime, warming up beside the wood burner heated Orangery under the twinkly lights, with Yoga, Drumming and Gongs.
