About the Practice
Flowing with the rhythms of nature, Spring marks the beginning of a new time, time to renew, time to be reborn, time to restart as humans beings. It is when we are able to create positive changes in our lives and our community.
The Spring Equinox Community Yoga Practice will gather the city together for (what is annually) the biggest Yoga practice in Lethbridge, with the purpose of connecting with our inner selves and importantly, those around us.
The whole community is invited regardless of age, gender, religion or experience practicing yoga. Join this special gathering of local and community for our practice; meditating to connect on this auspicious day as we raise the vibration together.
Proceeds will be donated to Lethbridge Pride Fest Society, who has a proud history of celebrating and to promoting equality for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, Two-Spirit, Queer, Questioning, Intersex, and Asexual community.

About the Founder:
11 years ago, a woman (Fabiola) moved to Lethbridge from Mexico and was looking for community. Like how epic stories begin, she didn’t find what she needed so she created it herself.
Fabiola began the evolving bloom of Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge with the first yoga practice being at the Galt Museum; an audacious goal that was met with over 60 students! At the time, it was the largest Yoga Practice that Lethbridge had seen. From that moment on until now, Monthly Women’s Circles, Sunday Yoga Class at Casa and additional special events/classes were formed. Since inception, over 10,000 folks have taken part in our Pop Up Yoga Classes and over 30 teachers have had the chance to guide, lead and facilitate classes under the Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge umbrella!
And so, with a heart full of joy and with the support of Southern Alberta, Pop Up Yoga Lethbridge is turning 11! And we are excited, grateful and honoured to celebrate with you all.
