The Wheel of the Year turns again as we come to Spring Equinox at last!
Enjoy a blissfully relaxing and deeply healing sound healing immersion with 7 Chakra Singing Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls and the Gong.
Meditations, poetry and chants to help us connect to the traditional ways of ritual and ceremony to honour the cosmos.
Ending the evening with delicious vegan cakes and chai tea. A beautiful way to come together and share space in our amazing Dorset community.
Schedule:
6.45pm Arrive at Moreton
7pm Opening meditation, intention setting.
7.15-8.30pm Sound Healing with Tibetan & Crystal Bowls and Gong
8.30-9pm Herb teas and delicious plant based cakes
