Join us as we welcome the Spring Equinox, a time of renewal and the awakening of the earth! This joyful gathering brings together community, creativity, and connection as we celebrate new beginnings.Activities will include:
Seed & Seedling Exchange – Bring seeds or seedlings to swap and share as we cultivate abundance and biodiversity together.
Kids’ Planting Activity – Little hands will get dirty as they plant seeds and learn about growth and the magic of nature.
Community Nature Mandala – As a group, we will get creative and make a mandala using flowers, leaves, stones, and other natural materials. Feel free to bring items you'd like to add to the mandala (you can take them with you at the end!)
Dancing – Celebrate the energy of the season with joyful movement and music. We invite you to bring drums, rattles, or other instruments as well!
Come as you are and bring your energy, seeds, and an open heart! This is a family-friendly, inclusive event for all who wish to honor the changing season together. Let’s celebrate the beauty of spring and plant the seeds of connection, joy, and renewal!
This event will be held at Heartspace, a community yurt that is run on donations only. This is a beautiful gift offered by the owner, so we strongly encourage an offering of gratitude within your means (venmo or cash at time of event). GPS will guide you to the home at the end of the street (street parking is available). There is some directional signage for "Heartspace" around the house and garage which lead you through the garage, up the stairs, and to the back of the home where the yurt is. Please note that due to the stairs, the space is not wheelchair accessible. If you have any issues finding the event location, please call or text 509-742-0194.
