Description:
Celebrate spring energy and new beginnings with somatic movement, cacao, guided meditation, a sound journey, reiki and community. This event is hosted by Celestial Light Healing and Healing w/ Alelie
Open to all humans. Snack and tea will be provided for integration.
This event is 18+ and is limited to 24 people.
Please bring our own yoga mat to sit and/or lay on.
Optional items: Anything that will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable such as a pillow, bolster, blanket, and/or yoga blocks. It is also recommended to bring water.
