Our cacao elixir is dairy-free and refined sugar-free (we sweeten it lightly with natural sweeteners such as raw honey or maple syrup).

We will sit on the floor on bolsters during the ceremony, however a chair can be provided if needed. Wear loose, comfortable clothing, but feel free to dress up to get in the ceremony mood.
