About this Event
Join us for an exciting Cacao Circle to mark the Spring Equinox. This Circle will include drinking Cacao, Reiki, meditation, and breathwork. Cacao offers both physical and spiritual healing, and it will offer you what you need on a given day, whether that be guidance, release, energy, clarity, rest, or support. It is a heart opener and will allow you to connect deeply to your heart and really that's where the magic is.
I invite you to join this circle and ceremony. First, the Cacao will be served and the circle opened, followed by breathwork. We will then lie down to allow ourselves to journey to where our souls need. I will offer Reiki energy to anyone who wishes to receive. No experience of Cacao or yoga is needed, everything will be relaxed and easygoing.
For the Circle you will need:
Please bring your favourite cup for your Cacao.
I suggest wearing comfortable clothes. Please bring a jumper and socks to wear.
An eye mask or eye pillow can be lovely during the meditation, and there are some to borrow in the studio.
Staying hydrated is important and I recommend you bring water.
The studio has mats and props available but you are welcome to bring a yoga mat and any blankets or cushions you wish to make yourself comfortable.
I recommend avoiding caffeine, dairy and big meals on the morning of the circle. Try not to eat two hours before the ceremony. I suggest a light breakfast before 9 am on the day of the circle.
I suggest avoiding alcohol the day before the circle and the evening after.
If you have a heart condition, are taking MAOI’s, are pregnant or breastfeeding, please let me know in advance so that your dose of Cacao can be adjusted. Please consult your doctor if you have any questions about drinking Cacao in relation to your health.
