The Spring Equinox is such a special time to celebrate and welcome in the warmer days and lighter nights.
Awakening not only our physical body with movement, but exploring our creative sides with an aromatherapy workshop, our spiritual energies to connect to the Goddess Brigid, immersed in nature for some forest bathing and then a group Reiki Healing Session to seal in the magical energy.
We will also be planting seeds physically and energetically, using affirmations and setting intentions for the rest of the year (this practice truly makes dreams come to life) 🌷🌸✨🌱🪷🤍🪽🙏🏻✨
