The Journey of the Evening
🌱 Tai Chi with Charlotte: Start the evening with a gentle Tai Chi session. Charlotte will guide you through flowing movements to harmonize your body and mind, helping you ground yourself and connect to the energy of spring renewal.
🌷 Cacao Ceremony with Sarah: Transition into a heart-opening cacao ceremony led by Sarah. Through this sacred ritual, plant seeds of intention and align with the blossoming, balanced energy of the Spring Equinox.
🎶 Dancing into Bloom with Ed: Celebrate the joy of the season with an uplifting dance journey, guided by DJ Ed Steelfox. Feel the rhythm, connect with others, and let your spirit bloom on the dance floor.
🌌 Sound Bath with Charlotte: End the evening with a deeply restorative sound bath. Charlotte’s soothing vibrations will guide you into a meditative state, nurturing inner growth and grounding the energy of the night.
🌿 Equinox Connection: Together, we’ll close the evening in gratitude, honoring the balance of light and dark as we step into the longer, brighter days ahead.

Woo Town Cacao Club offers you the chance to step into a Ceremonial space and connect within yourself, it's an opportunity to gather with friendly Souls from all paths of life, practice some simple meditation & grounding practices to focus yourself into the moment, drink delicious Ceremonial grade Cacao, set an intention to yourself privately, ...and then dance!
We invite all who are interested in Tai Chi, Cacao, Dance, Music, Sound, Connection, Laughter, Wellbeing, Transformation...
Nothing is expected of you here, you can wear what you want, dance however you like, sit alone in peace or chat & drink herbal tea with like minded Souls.
We create a safe sacred space to gather & enjoy.
A cleansed & refreshed environment with delicious Cacao to drink.
We offer a fully immersive environment with live DJ, sound system, lighting and smooth wooden dance floor.
At the Horizon Hub venue we have a large main dance room and a separate restful sanctuary space which is a lovely place to chat or sit and just be for a while.
Free herbal teas and some fresh water are available, although its always wise to bring your own drink of choice (non alcoholic of course!)
Bring a cushion and blanket to make a nest. Comfort is key!
Lie down and experience the bliss of a healing sound journey.
Woo Town Cacao Club is a strictly no booze, shoes if you choose event.
(It's great to dance barefoot or in your socks but we understand if you can't / don't want to)
Sober dancing is not only possible - it's amazing!
In the environment we create you will feel fabulous & free.
Dancing & sound healing is a great way to move stuff out without years of therapy or going over old issues! Feelings, emotions & memories may arise, allow them to be or float through you. We are on hand if you need extra support.
With an evening like this you'll be wondering "What else is possible?"
Ceremonial Cacao:
It is the main ingredient for Chocolate and the best of the best, just as matcha tea has a Ceremonial grade, so does Cacao.
This is sacred and very precious Cacao with a high energetic vibration, we are very lucky to be in connection with Forever Cacao who have established a direct link with Asháninka Communities in Peru.
Forever Cacao is pure, organic, unroasted, minimally processed and wild grown heirloom beans, ethically sourced from ancient Cacao gardens.
Cacao's reputation is that of a gentle yet powerful Earth medicine, containing many beneficial nutrients and goodness, perfect for these times. Cacao has been known to open your heart, create happy states, release negative emotions, and connect you to pure love energy.
Nourishment for your very core and Sarah makes it fresh on the night and it's absolutely delicious!
Tai Chi, Cacao, Dance and Sound in an intentional setting, can move energy, shaking up stuckness - emotionally, physically, mentally all that's ready to be released!
Preparation guidelines:
Hydration! Please ensure you're hydrated beforehand and bring your own non-alcoholic drink of choice (preferably water)
Our recommendation is eating lightly in the day.
Avoid heavy food or drinks 2 hours or so before we meet, particularly dairy or caffeine...this helps our bodies absorb and assimilate the Cacao easier.
Bring a blanket, yoga mat etc for comfort during the sound healing (not too much stuff or we'll run out of space to dance!!). The sound bath will be between 30-45 mins so bring enough to lie down and feel snug or choose to sit if that's more comfortable.
Drink clean water or herbal tea during the event and the next day to help stay hydrated.
Please note: As with all foods you consume, check in with yourself to understand if something is appropriate for you.
Contraindications:
Antidepressants: Theobromine in Cacao contains natural MAOIs which could affect the medication for a short time, feelings and emotions can be brought to the surface for you to process.
Heart conditions: Cacao is a vasodilator, opening blood vessels, increasing flow and heart rate, reducing blood pressure if it's high.
Pregnant or breastfeeding: A smaller serving is recommended.
