🌿 Cacao Ceremony: We’ll begin by sharing the powerful medicine of cacao, a plant that nourishes the body and opens the heart. This grounding ritual is a chance to set your intentions and connect with yourself and the community.
🌬️ Breathwork & Warm-Up: Simple, energizing exercises will help us settle into the space and awaken our energy before we transition into the dance.
🌾 Ecstatic Dance: With no steps to follow, let the music guide you as you move freely, release what no longer serves you, and embrace the vitality of the season.

Note: In this space, all are welcomed into radical self-expression and acceptance. Do yoga, breathwork, stretch, dance like no one is watching, or just chill, meditate and enjoy the music.
