Local Pheasant Scallopine with Braised Pork Belly, Buckwheat Spaetzle, Walnuts, and Sherry-Green Tea Martini Watercress

Lemon-Lavender-Rhubarb Tart with Pine Nut Crust, Fresh Berries, and Local Burnt Honey
