The Spring Craft fair is currently seeking vendors offering a wide variety of handcrafted items including baked goods, candles, jewelry, soap, wooden signs, spring & summer décor, sweets and more! There is a $2 admission fee which includes one ticket for the door prize draw. Additional tickets are available for purchase at $2 each or 3 for $5. We look primarily for vendors with handcrafted items they make, bake or grow locally. We strive to provide a wide range of vendors selling unique products. We also ask that vendors help advertise the Spring Craft Fair by sharing the poster by email or by word-of-mouth or by sharing, commenting and reacting to posts from the Dr. Carson & Marion Murray Community Centre social media pages.Vendor Application: https://forms.gle/sXp5CZg1szxatoQAA

Vendor Information:
- Due to limited space, submission of application does not guarantee acceptance to the Spring Craft Fair. Application deadline, April 18, 2025.
- Set up time is to begin no earlier than 7:30 a.m. on May 18, 2025. All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 8:45 a.m. Evening set up is available in select locations on Friday, May 16, 2025 from 5-7 p.m.
- No vendor shall pack up their display prior to the end of the craft fair at 2 p.m.
- Vendors will be provided with a table(s) and 2 chairs. Vendors must cover their table(s) and will supply all additional items as required to create a unique, appealing and professional display.
All display materials must fit within your allotted space.
- The Municipality of the County of Cumberland staff reserve the right to allocate table locations and vendor parking.
- Vendor space is available for purchase at a cost of $20 each. Each space is defined as a 6’ or 8’ table and 2 chairs.
- Vendors are requested to donate one item, $5 value, for the door prize draw.
- Limited electrical access is available for those who require it at an additional cost of $5. Please ensure you advise on the application if you require electrical access. It is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Vendors requiring a food permit must obtain it directly from the Nova Scotia Department of Inspection, Compliance and Enforcement, 1-800-670-4357. Further information is available at https://novascotia.ca/nse/food-protection/ Permits must be displayed at your table.
- Vendors requiring an alcohol permit and/or offsite tasting permit must obtain it directly from the N.S. Alcohol, Gaming, Fuel and Tobacco Division by calling 1-877-565-0556 or by email to [email protected]. Vendors must bring sufficient product and/or merchandise to accommodate the sales demands of the craft fair.
*Please note: We do not guarantee placement in the market and no priority can be given to returning vendors.
**If you are planning to share your table with another vendor, we strongly suggest that they register on their own as we cannot guarantee tables and/or location.
