Did you know that most injuries can be prevented with the right type of consistent cross training?
We could all use a little extra motivation and accountability these days, and this is the perfect way to get started. If you are an endurance athlete who doesn't like to cross train (I see you), this series is for YOU!!
This 8-week program will help you build your strength, mobility and stamina in a circuit-style format and focus on injury prevention.
Whether you have lofty goals of climbing a mountain, running a half marathon or just want to make up for lost time, this program will help motivate you to get back into a healthy routine and get ready for whatever goals you set your sights to. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
This program is led by the Docs of PT at Upward, with combined years of experience participating in, rehabbing and coaching athletes of all levels. History of injuries or just getting back into regular workouts? No problem! Our unique skill set as PTs will help you modify any part of the workouts as needed. We're also experts in creating challenging workouts using limited equipment that you'd typically have at home, in case you want to get that extra workout in during the week!
This program includes:
- Weekly LIVE workouts in our clinic gym space created and led by Upward PTs
- Access to additional workouts to add to your routine throughout the week
- Q&A time at the end for specific questions related to training and injury prevention
- Option for One-on-one training or movement consult with one of our PTs
Class Options:
- Mondays at 6:30pm
- Tuesdays at 6:45am
