There are no tickets needed for guests for the Spring Commencement Ceremony. Seating is first-come, first-served at 9:30 a.m. on May 3.

Inclement Weather Plan
A decision will be made by Wednesday, April 30 if inclement weather will move the Spring Commencement Ceremony inside the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts. If this is the case, the ceremony will be split into two ceremonies based on major – one at 11 a.m. and the second at 1 p.m. An email will be sent out at the beginning of April stating which ceremony each graduate will take place in if the Inclement Weather Plan is implemented.
If moved indoors, each graduate will receive 4 tickets for their family and friends to attend the ceremony. Tickets can begin being picked up by graduates on Monday, April 14 at the Vern Riffe Center for the Arts McKinley Box office between 10 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. If graduates are needing additional tickets for their guests, they can request to be placed on a waiting list for additional tickets at the time they are picking up their guaranteed tickets.
