Join us for the third bi-annual Clothing Swap event hosted by the NOCO Boss Babes community, focusing on femme and nonbinary clothing! Bring as many items as you want to donate—clothing, dresses, bras, shoes, accessories, and even old Halloween costumes—and take home whatever you can carry!
Here’s how it works:
Bring Your Items: Gather up those gently used items that no longer spark joy for you. You can bring as many items as you’d like to contribute—anything from clothes to accessories is welcome!
Swap and Shop: Once you arrive, browse the items others have brought. Take home as much as you can carry! It’s a fun and sustainable way to refresh your wardrobe and try out new styles.
Donate the Rest: All leftover items will be donated to a local mutual aid foundation, ensuring nothing goes to waste.
This event not only helps you revamp your style but also allows you to take a stand against fast fashion, which is responsible for significant environmental harm, including 10% of global carbon emissions and 92 million tons of waste each year (Earth.Org) (World Resources Institute) (Greenpeace).
The swap will be hosted at The Lyric, where you can enjoy a full (paid) bar, coffee, and lunch menu while you shop and socialize.
