The Yen Wulin Alaska Chinese School is open to the public and provides a nurturing environment for all those who want to learn the Chinese language, specifically Mandarin.Tuition is charged per semester. If you want to join later in the semester, please contact us and we can discuss prorated tuition rates.
We currently offer the following five classes:
K-12 Beginner
K-12 Intermediate
K-12 Advanced
Adult Beginner
Adult Advanced
If you're unsure which class is the best fit for you or your child, simply choose the one that seems most appropriate. Our instructors will assess placement and adjust class levels as needed to ensure the right fit.
Classes follow the Anchorage School District calendar and are held on Fridays from 6:30 pm to 8:45 pm at the Asian Alaskan Cultural Center, located inside Northwood Elementary School. See below for the exact schedule.
