A Planet Defender explores, investigates, and protects the natural environment. Learn how you can protect and improve ecosystems. We will investigate environment issues through experiments, games and hands-on activities.A variety of on-site, self-guided activities including scavenger hunts, conservation efforts, themed hikes and more will build on and enhance the daily ZOOM lessons from 10 – 11 am.
On the last day of camp, campers and their families will be invited to explore the Arboretum's new Nature Playscape before the general public!
For explorers ages 4 to 12
Children are taught in classes by age: (4, 5 – 6, 7 – 8, and 9 – 12)
