Your child will get the opportunity to shoot archery under the guidance of JNC Coaches, Jon & Christi. They can expect to learn range commands and bow safety, shoot a variety of targets, learn the parts of a bow and arrow, and build a foundation that will help them succeed in the sport of archery.
Your camper will learn range safety, safe air gun/firearm handling practices, and the 4 Primary Rules of Gun Safety. Then they will get the chance to put what they learned into practice and spend time shooting on the range! They will learn different shooting positions, aiming techniques and adjustments, trigger control, breathing, and more!
Air guns are an excellent tool to teach essential shooting skills and safety practices to shooters of any age.
Love to fish? Campers will learn how to tie on a lure and what it should look like in the water to get a fish to bite! We will practice casting lures into targets at a distance and learn about different bait/lure applications.
Campers will play games and compete with other campers for prizes and earn points towards the final awards at the end of camp!
