There are a lot of fun activities planned at the Monroe Street Library during the week of Spring Break!Monday, March 25 10:30 Cardio Drumming for kids 6+, a fun workout for body and brain with Every Voice Music Collective
1:30 - 3:30 Construct and paint a mini birdhouse using Posca markers (non-toxic, highly pigmented water-based acrylic paints).
Tuesday, March 26 10:30 Music Storytime for kids 0 - 5. Sing, learn, play and dance with Growing Voices.
1:30 - 3:30 Decorate a canvas pouch with Posca markers to hold your treasures
Wednesday, March 27
1:30 - 3:30 Decorate a water bottle with Posca markers. Gotta stay hydrated!
Thursday - library closed
Friday, March 29 1:30 - 3:30 Decorate a flower pot with Posca markers. Take home some seeds from our seed library, and plant something beautiful.
All activities and materials are free. Funding is provided by the Monroe Street Library's friends’ group, the Monroe Street Library League.
