Spring Bling & Other Things

Join us for the Spring Bling & Other Things Craft show on Friday, May 9th! This show will be held at the Tri-City Leisure Center in West Columbia, SC.

• Business licenses and tax obligations are the responsibility of the individual exhibitors.
• Vendors selling consumable items including food & beverages must abide by all rules, regulations, and licensing set forth by SC DEHEC. https://scdhec.gov/food-safety
• All spaces will be 10x8 ft in size. All items, displays, workers, etc. must be inside of your booth space. You may purchase 2 or more spaces (of the same type) if additional space is required.
• Neither tables nor chairs will be provided for any booth spaces. They will not be available for rent, you must provide your own.
• Bottles of water will be provided for vendors. Vendors need to plan to bring or order in a lunch.
• Items for this event will be juried. Only one vendor per organization will be allowed
• We do not allow the display or sale of items related to: Drugs, Alcohol, Tobacco, Weapons/Guns, Political Items, or sex/sexuality. You will be asked to remove any items from your display that fall into any of these categories. LCRAC reserves the right to remove any vendors not in compliance with our policies and guidelines.
• There will be no door prize drawings or giveaways. You do not need to provide items to the event.
• Vendor parking will be under the direction of LCRAC staff. Vendors may ONLY park in vendor parking designated areas.
• Set-up for vendors will begin on Friday at 7:00 am. Plan to have your booth set up and ready by 10:30am.
• Event take down and clean-up will be from 6:00-9:00 pm.
