Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a restorative practice. In just 45 minutes, this deeply meditative experience can leave you feeling as refreshed as though you'd had hours of uninterrupted, rejuvenating sleep.
This practice is for everyone, whether you're brand new to yoga or have spent years on the mat. No poses, no flexibility required — just a willingness to lie down, let go, and listen as an instructor guides you into a state of effortless relaxation
