Through seasonal yoga practices, spring intention meditations, mindful movement, and breathwork, we’ll explore the Wood element of Traditional Chinese Medicine, supporting the liver and gallbladder meridians to release stagnation and welcome clarity. We’ll weave in yoga philosophy to deepen our understanding of personal growth, transformation, and new beginnings. Spring in yoga terms is a time to begin to plant the seeds for the coming year.
