Join us for a deeply restorative Sound Bath Experience led by sound healing practitioner Jenny Gibbs at Altered States Wellness Richardson. This immersive journey will bathe you in healing vibrations, guiding you into a state of profound relaxation and inner peace.
🔹 What is a Sound Bath?
A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are enveloped in the soothing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other sound therapy instruments. This practice encourages deep rest, reduces stress, and supports emotional balance.

What to Wear:
Dress in comfortable, loose-fitting clothing. As your body relaxes, your temperature may drop, so consider layering up or bringing an extra blanket.

❓ Will I be doing yoga?
Nope! No yoga or movement is required. You will be in a horizontal position of your choice for the entire session.
❓ Do I have to lay on my back the whole time?
Not at all! Feel free to find the most comfortable position for your body. Bring extra bolsters or pillows from home to create a reclined or side-lying position if that feels best for you. You can shift and adjust as needed during the session.
❓ What if I fall asleep?
That’s perfectly okay—many people do! The healing frequencies and vibrations still work on a subconscious level, allowing your body and mind to receive the full benefits of the experience.
