Awaken your senses and calm your mind at our spring yoga and walking retreat in the Elan Valley. This gentle weekend offers you energising morning and restorative evening yoga sessions, plus meditation and breathing sessions. There will be an opportunity to join us for a walk on the Saturday in the majestic and beautiful Mid Wales, or take the time to rest and enjoy the natural settings surrounded by wildlife.
Accommodation will be in en-suite accommodation with options for a single or shared twin room. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. All food and drink will be provided during your stay, including a packed lunch if you choose to join the walk.
This yoga retreat is suitable for those that are new to yoga and those that wish to immerse themselves a little deeper in their practice. Full weekend itinerary to be announced soon.
£30 non-refundable deposit to secure your place, with monthly payment plans available.
If you would like to attend this retreat but require financial assistance please get in touch about our Bursary Fund. This is open to anyone demonstrating significant financial hardship due to unemployment or low income. Applications will be reviewed by our team and all applicants will be notified within 7 days of the application deadline (4 weeks prior to the start of the retreat).
