Spring Awakening Mini-Retreat (27.04.)

Spring is here, bringing new energy and life everywhere. We're excited to invite you to our Spring Awakening Mini-Retreat in the enchanting Grunewald. It's set to be an experience to tap into our own sense of aliveness, connecting with nature, ourselves, and each other.

Join us on Saturday, 27th April at 11:00, for a 3.5-hour retreat filled with refreshing activities just for us and our friends — yes, this means you're encouraged to bring someone along to share in this experience.

Guided by the wonderful Helena (find out more about Helena's approach), our journey will take us on a mindful walk through the woods, awakening with spring, into embodiment exercises, and a special activity that allows nature to reflect back to us, offering individual insights and awakenings. We'll end with a meditation and sharing circle, followed by a picnic together.

Please feel free to bring your favorite snacks to enjoy and share, a cozy blanket or towel to sit on, water for hydration, and perhaps some sunscreen for protection under the spring sun.

We can't wait to start this refreshing retreat with you. Bring a friend or two and let's share the energy and fresh start that Spring offers.
